8 months old!!

Pierce turned 8 months old yesterday, time is FLYING!! He celebrated the day by being fussy because his afternoon nap was too short. We appeased him by taking him for a walk and he thoroughly enjoyed it =) He had his first taste of a lemon Friday night and a pickle Saturday. Both were quite amusing to watch. He really enjoyed the pickle and of course got mad when we took it away. Pierce is still scooting everywhere. He gets on his knees quite a bit but just hasn't figured out how to use them to get places. He's also getting very good at standing and holding on to the ottoman for long periods of time...so much so that if you move him or try to sit him down, he screams bloody murder. Do you sense a pattern here when something isn't HIS way??!! Grandpa and Grandma are coming in Wednesday for the NASCAR races and will also have babysitting duty Thursday and Friday. They have their work cut out for them, ha ha!!! Oh, and he cut his 2nd tooth (on the bottom) and this one was done without the midnight screaming we had for the first one. Very nice =)
