Still sick...but in a good mood!!

Well, Pierce still has his cold, it's been almost 2 weeks now. He just can't seem to get rid of his cough or his runny nose. It doesn't seem to be hindering his spirits though. He's still in a good mood all day when Stacy is watching him and we still get quite a few smiles out of him before bedtime. Pierce is really enjoying spending his days with Stacy and Ani and has been busy rolling over and talking. Pierce will be 6 months old on Tuesday and I'm excited to go in for his check-up to see how much he has grown. I think we only have about another week or so in 6 month clothes because they are just getting too short. We have a long, skinny boy! He is still eating quite a bit and the only things we've found that he doesn't like so far are green beans and potatoes. I put a piece of a banana in a little mesh bag and he seemed to enjoy it for a while, but then I think he got upset because he was hungry and it wasn't coming out fast enough. It might be something that keeps him busy when he already has a semi-full stomach. He is trying very hard to sit up on his own and Stacy said he even stood on his own for a few seconds the other day while holding on to a push-type car of Ani's!
